Dear Trader,
Gold at the moment is perplexing to a great many traders. To many it was a shock when gold recently traded below the $700 an ounce level. So the question is, what happened to the $2,000 an ounce target that most gold bugs were calling for?
In my just released video, we explore that question and look at what we think will be this markets next move. You might find our analysis and conclusions rather surprising.

what's going on in the gold market? ummmm it's going up?
What's so perplexing? Everything has been sold. The baby has been throw out with the bathwater due to the massive deleveraging in the market. When you have investors and hedge funds leveraged 40 to 1, they have to sell their winners (e.g. gold) to make up for the losers.
The DOW is down 35-40% YOY, while gold is essentially flat. So gold has done exactly what it is intended to do, hold it's value. What's so perplexing about that?
As soon as the trillions of dollars that central banks around the world have been throwing at the market finally make their way through the system, gold is going to skyrocket.

I love puzzles, and I appreciate the mystery and accuracy of Fibonacci rules. As time goes on, it seems I learn more of the mysteries around us.
I live rurally in British Columbia, and have observed how cedar, Douglas Fir, Hemlock, and Alder, seem to grow from a common root, (clumped together) but never cross breed or mix genes, or in any way, take on the appearance of each other.
Thank you for the video, and the references to further study.
Doug.
