Leave a comment on what you think would be the "perfect caption" for this photograph of Kathleen Sebelius who was sworn in as the 21st Secretary of the Department of Health and Human Services (HHS) on April 28, 2009. Since taking office, Secretary Sebelius has led ambitious efforts to improve America’s healthcare. Here's my caption,

  18. ACA PREMIUM INCREASES LESS THAN 1000% UP FOR FLOOD INSURANCE
    On the bright side, increases in medical expense insurance premiums are expected to be contained in most cases to only around 300% of current premium (3 times) versus the 1000% premium increases on flood insurance through NFIP which started taking effect on October 1, 2013 for all coastal areas. Will the good news just never stop?
    The housing market has come to a NEAR TOTAL HALT in Florida and along much of the Eastern coastal areas of the United States since October 1st when NFIP flood insurance premiums soared by as much as 1000% causing typical annual premiums for flood insurance policies to soar from $600 per year to over $6000 per year with some premiums rising to as high as $33,000 per year. The NFIP is TOTALLY INSOLVENT and the premium increases were authorized by Congress to deal with that problem which is now resulting in a massive coastal housing crash which has been practically not covered at all by the press.

  37. This is a global problem. The NSA has introduced too many lines of code which is destabilizing our software.

  38. At this point in time, what does it matter if the program doesn't work. We're going to ram this down the throats of the public whether the computer program runs or not.
