It did not, however, fulfill that promise and with a red weekly \u201ctriangle\u201d in place, it appears as though this market is heading down, but is it?<\/p>\n<p><!--more--><\/p>\n<p><a href=\"http:\/\/broadcast.ino.com\/education\/crudeoil1203\/ \" target=\"_self\">In today's short video <\/a>I discover an interesting cycle that I want to share with you.
